TOO HOT TODAY!

Homemade Nutella and Banana ice cream
2 ingredient paleo nutella banana ice creamSince the second week of Summer is in full swing, I thought it might be fun to do a recipe on the blog. Ice cream is delicious to eat on a hot day. I just find ice cream overpriced in the shop so I looked into some great recipes for ice cream to make at home. The Nutella and Banana ice cream was the clear winner. Yes, we can go healthier but it is Friday so why not? Get the kids involved in this way and everyone can enjoy this tasty ice cream after:

INGREDIENTS:
5 ripe bananas
168g Nutella Hazelnut Spread
50g white sugar
Sprinkle with chocolate chips

WHAT TO DO:
1. Cut the bananas into circles and freeze for 2 hours
2. Add the frozen banana, sugar, and Nutella into a blender. Then blend until smooth
3. Add the mixture to a plastic container and freeze for 5 hours
4. Once completely frozen, serve with sprinkled chocolate chips
